Xamcor announces the sale of All My Papers (“AMP”), a developer and distributor of Check and Imaging Cash Letter software toolkits and applications. Based in Northern California, AMP has over 900 banks and financial institution customers throughout the US. AMP has been sold to 3Core Software, a Texas based developer of Check Writing Software. As a stock sale, the AMP Company will remain with all employees staying with the company. Terms of the deal were not announced.
