Improved PDF Rasterizer Add-On Offers PDF Merging and Encrypting in .NET
VANCOUVER – Sept. 21, 2016 – Dynamsoft™ has updated its Dynamic .NET TWAIN software development kit (SDK) to add new features to its .NET PDF Rasterizer module that include various new PDF manipulations such as merging, encrypting, and more.
You can now enable users to join or merge multiple PDF documents into a single PDF file in your .NET application. This is without requiring loading files into the Dynamic .NET TWAIN viewer beforehand. This allows users to group related PDF documents into a multi-page PDF for better document management. You can now also enable users to encrypt PDF files with a password and set various user permissions in your application.
The Dynamic .NET TWAIN SDK is suited for software developers to use in creating document scanning, image capture and processing functionalities within .NET applications. This includes image captures from TWAIN scanners and DirectShow webcams. Customizable scanning configurations include ADF, duplex, resolution, pixel type, and more. It also enables saving images into a variety of formats that include JPEG, PDF, TIFF, PNG, and BMP to local disk, server, database or document libraries.
Dynamic .NET TWAIN is based on the Microsoft® .NET framework, the TWAIN standard, and the DirectShow Webcam Capture library. It is optimized for use in C# and Visual Basic® .NET. It features built-in support for Windows® Forms (WinForms) and WPF. Dynamsoft also offers a web version of its document imaging SDK – Dynamic Web TWAIN.
