Personnel and organizational changes position Mavro to best support expected sustained growth
Westampton, NJ – July 21, 2016 – Mavro Imaging has enjoyed steady and controlled growth throughout its ten year history, and expects that growth to continue into the foreseeable future. Given this continued expansion, increased coordination and management of professional services will be required in a way that expands responsibility across a greater number of team members, yet remains consistent with the company’s objective to maintain a flat company structure.
To meet these requirements, Mavro has announced the formation of a Professional Services Group with a series of associated promotions.
Tom Treba has been named as Director of Professional Services. Tom possesses the combination of strong technical, organizational, and communications skills that is essential to this position. All Applications Engineers and Project Managers will report to Tom.
Ed Giallombardo has been promoted to Principal Applications Engineer. Ed’s new role will leverage his strong technical expertise by including him in the executive strategy group focused on product direction and solution architecture.
Dallas Gowers has also been promoted to Principal Applications Engineer. Dallas will take on an increased role in supporting our sales team in complex situations where a heightened level of technical expertise is required.
Korey Sahr has been promoted to Senior Applications Engineer. Korey will be a “Team Lead” for our Applications Engineers, where his vast experience across a number of verticals, particularly around service bureaus and lockbox operations, will support us in our continued expansion in those key areas.
Darrell Walker has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Darrell has shown a remarkable ability to handle multiple projects while making sure that each one is on track. He will retain a principal role as a Project Manager while working on further enhancements to our project implementation process.
