Ancora Software Acquires eDocument Solutions

SAN DIEGO – July 24th 2017 – Greatly expanding its reach and solutions delivery capabilities, Ancora
Software has acquired eDocument Solutions, a systems integration firm focused on the financial services
market. Ancora is a developer of Intelligent Document and Data Capture software. eDocument Solutions
has extensive experience in the Document Capture and ECM markets.

eDocument Solutions flagship offering, Guidance™, can be configured to address multiple applications in
the Financial Services market, including mortgage lending, wealth management, and insurance. It can be
delivered either on-premises or through a secure cloud model. Ancora also offers its software through a
hybrid approach and specializes in invoice and general document capture.
Both companies are based in Southern California’s fertile technology hub. As a result of the acquisition,
Ancora will employ more than 40 people in the areas of Product Development, Sales & Marketing,
Implementation and Customer Support. “We will use our combined resources to grow our Intelligent
Document and Data Capture solutions business, particularly by marketing our Accounts Payables
automation software within the Financial Services marketplace.”
