[Madison, AL – October 25, 2016] – Cabinet Document Management Solutions (Cabinet), a leading provider of electronic document management software and workflow solutions, is pleased to announce the launch of its new document management tool, Web Filer.
Web Filer, an integration with Cabinet’s enterprise-class document management software, SAFE, is designed for companies with multiple locations or remote offices where employees need to occasionally file documents into SAFE, but don’t need to access to the system otherwise.
“We recognized the need for Web Filer through working with customers who have a need for users – who aren’t daily users of Cabinet SAFE – to have a way to safely and securely file documents into the system,” said Abe Niedzwiecki, president, Cabinet. “An example of this is an employee who travels for work and needs to submit receipts for reimbursement, but may not need regular access to the company’s SAFE. Web Filer enables that employee to have his or her documents uploaded securely without having to actually access SAFE. Web Filer’s easy-to-access platform and customizable upload boxes makes filing documents easy for any employee in any industry.”
Web Filer users will work with Cabinet to create custom upload boxes that use multiple, pre-filled fields to send documents to the correct locations in SAFE. Companies must have an existing Cabinet SAFE license in order to use Web Filer. Web Filer works with Cabinet’s premises and CLOUD based software.
