ST. LOUIS, Missouri – March 29, 2017 – KnowledgeLake, an innovator of document processing solutions, announced today it has been awarded Microsoft’s Silver Cloud Platform competency, demonstrating the company’s proficiency in cloud applications and services. With existing Gold Competencies in Application Development and Collaboration and Content, the Silver Cloud Platform competency illustrates KnowledgeLake’s long-standing commitment to serving Microsoft customers.
The Microsoft Cloud Platform competency enables KnowledgeLake to meet the growing demand for infrastructure and software as a service (SaaS) solutions built on Microsoft Azure, providing the company with additional support and incentives from Microsoft.
Microsoft Silver Cloud Platform Competency is an acknowledgement given only to those who specialize in building, integrating and/or extending solutions or infrastructures using the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. KnowledgeLake’s document processing solutions leverage Azure virtual machines and Azure SQL databases, driving workloads into the cloud and enabling better business agility.
To qualify for the Cloud Platform competency, an organization must demonstrate proven Azure performance, pass rigorous technology assessments, meet the Azure consumption requirement and provide references that prove not only a successful implementation of cloud projects but satisfactory customer service. Due to the challenging criteria, achieving a silver competency places KnowledgeLake among a small percentage of Microsoft partners worldwide.
“The Silver Cloud competency demonstrates our dedication to meeting the evolving business infrastructure needs of Microsoft’s customers,” said Bernie Schweiss, Chief Executive Officer of KnowledgeLake. “KnowledgeLake is well-positioned to help customers maximize their investments in the cloud, and this competency enhances the business value our document processing solutions bring to Office 365 users worldwide.”
