DocuWare Group: Strong Results After Nine Months

 Cloud Business Grows by 200 Percent

New Windsor NY, November 15, 2016 – Compared with the same period last year, Document Management specialist DocuWare witnessed double-digit growth from its licensing revenue in the first three quarters of 2016. Their Cloud business enjoyed particularly strong growth; by the end of September 2016 there were 465 companies using DocuWare Cloud.

DocuWare used 2016 to seamlessly build on its success in 2015 as their revenue from new and expansion licenses grew 15.5 percent compared to the previous year.

DocuWare is very pleased with the success of its Cloud-based solution where the number of global Cloud customers grew by more than 200 percent. By the end of September 2016, a total of 465 companies with 15,452 users were working with DocuWare Cloud storing 10.29 million documents. The software company provides companies of any size and industry a true Software-as-a-Service solution (SaaS) with the full functionality of an on-premise system.

Their Intelligent Indexing service, launched in 2013, has also been embraced by companies. This web-based, self-learning service automatically indexes information from scanned documents. Currently, over 500 companies are using Intelligent Indexing every month to store approximately one million documents. The service is available to both users of DocuWare’s Cloud and on-premise systems.
