Laserfiche today announced the availability of Laserfiche 10.1. The latest enterprise content management (ECM) offering builds on the features and resources of Laserfiche 10, released in January 2016, further enhancing teamwork and collaboration, refining case management capabilities and extending business analytics.

Laserfiche 10.1 includes many innovative features that continue to expand its ECM and business process automation capabilities:
- Case management: Simplifies process optimization with the expansion of the Business Process Library, which allows users to select from an online library of common, prebuilt processes and import them directly into Laserfiche for immediate use
- Collaboration: Facilitates team communication on processes with intuitive features—including team discussions, messaging and document linking—using Laserfiche Discussions, an integrated social community platform
- Content analytics: Improves data-driven decision-making with embedded analytics and dashboards that give managers and their teams insight on workload, staff performance, task status and many other areas
