The Crowley Company Adds Corporate Sales, Support and Imaging Staff

Frederick, Md. – Pat Crowley, vice president of The Crowley Company, announces the addition of several key team members to three divisions of the company. “2016 was a very healthy year for The Crowley Company in both scanner sales and conversion services, allowing us the opportunity to add personnel. These skilled individuals complement an already strong team and will help lead us into 2017 with forward momentum. I’m very happy to welcome them to our company.”

 

Business Development

Scott Filipek and Timothy Ginster have joined the business development team for capture hardware sales (digital and micrographic scanners, duplicators and processors) under the leadership of Matt McCabe, vice president of sales of marketing. They will represent Crowley, Mekel Technology, Wicks and Wilson, InoTec, Zeutschel and other leading preservation and records management scanner brands. “Both of these gentlemen have significant backgrounds in the imaging industry and have already shown their ability to succeed at Crowley,” states McCabe. Filipek has a decade of experience in sales, marketing and technical support and will represent The Crowley Company primarily in the Northeast. With more than twenty years of experience spanning hardware and software sales, conversion services, workflow solutions and training, Ginster will serve the western region of the United States.

Imaging Services

Kevin Kapel, a former Crowley Imaging project manager, has signed on in a consulting capacity to review and refine service bureau processes and workflows for maximum efficiency. Says Crowley, “Kevin has spent the last several years in project management at a major government subcontractor of records management. That experience, combined with his knowledge of our own operations, makes him uniquely qualified to assess and help streamline our operations. He will also serve as project management support on several of our large, out-of-state projects.” 

Technical Support

Joining the technical support team from Pittsburgh, Pa. is John Truver. With background that spans information technology, project management, software support and technical sales and support, Truver brings significant experience to the Crowley technical support team which provides training, installation, and technical support on all Crowley manufactured and distributed scanners and micrographics equipment. Notes Debbie Harris, technical support manager, “John has a full range of skills that will enable him to provide the best in technical support to our customers. He has hit the ground running and I don’t expect him to stop.”
