In the event of termination of the Conference by Infosource, refunds will be made to the registrant for conference fees collected. No refund will be made by Infosource for any associated expenses incurred by the conference registrant such as travel and accommodations. No refund will be given if the registrant cancels participation, however, the registrant may contact us to send another individual from their company in their place should they not be able to attend. The Registrant also releases Infosource USA, from liability for any expenses incurred or damage suffered by the Registrant if the Infosource Capture 2021 Conference is canceled because of a strike, riot, act of God, or any other cause beyond Infosource’s control.
