We recommend Uber, Lyft or similar to shuttle to and from the airports. O’Hare International Airport is approximately 12 miles to Eaglewood Resort while Chicago Midway is approximately 30 miles away.
Plan to arrive before 4pm the day prior to the conference. The Welcome Reception, followed by dinner, begins at 6:00pm and is a valuable networking opportunity. Traffic to and from the resort can be heavy during peak times. Golf and a spa are available for early arrivals and late departures.
